With the bride originally coming from Thailand and the groom enjoying a mostly vegan diet it was important to find a caterer who could deliver on their vision to infuse both elements to the day. I’ve been asked a few questions lately and I know each supplier will cover the details of the day but I thought it might be good to share some of these to help couples think about what to include in their ceremony and how to plan for your weddingceremony and pre-ceremony elements. We partnered with The Bloom Trio to add a beautiful musical strings element to our outdoor weddingceremony and cocktail hour. We worked with Sam Hill Entertainment to help us find our wedding band, T.A.P.E. on the dance floor all night (understood the assignment!).

They achieved this by having the friend who had originally introduced them officiate the wedding and by creating an emotional musical soundtrack narrative to complement their self-written ceremony script.
Outdoor WeddingCeremony Sam’s vision was a whimsical, Bridgerton inspired if you will, countryside wedding. To achieve this look, their weddingceremony design featured cane back chairs lined with poppy aisle florals, leading to a grounded floral arch that framed the stunning views without obstructing them.
Ceremony and Apertif: Mixed seasonal flowers, pale pink, earth and warm colour palette with a touch of greenery. Pre-Ceremony Tisch and Badeken On the day of the wedding, Yoni gathered with loved ones for the Tisch, a Jewish tradition that takes place before the weddingceremony, The atmosphere was charged with camaraderie and love, as everyone came together to support Yoni in the final moments before he became a married man.
They enlisted the help of Del Cabo Weddings , who designed and executed a sumptuous South Asian celebration from the ground up. No detail was spared, from the bridal party’s intricately painted henna hands to the groom’s arrival on horseback.
An Outdoor Wedding at the DAR When you hire us as your DC wedding planners, we will do whatever we can to move heaven and earth for you! And that’s exactly what we did for this gorgeous outdoor weddingceremony at the DAR. Guests sipped on refreshing drinks and chatted with one another as they basked in the beauty!

A Dupont Circle WeddingCeremony At Perry Belmont House we crafted an aesthetic that mirrored the couple’s vision: classic, timeless, with a gentle nod to the allure of a garden. All of this coincides with the setting of the ceremony in the historic charm of DC’s Dupont Circle.
A Sweet Bride and Groom First Look Next came the much-awaited first look between Erin and Seth. We are a big fan of a first look over here, as it allows your wedding day timeline to flow more effortlessly. Then, it was time for the wedding to begin! We couldn’t be more excited!

The theme for our weddingceremony was “Florentine Fairytale” and we wanted the color palette and florals to accent the backdrop of the Tuscan countryside. Our Mandap perfectly framed the medieval Borgo village in the background and we specifically designed to look like a picture frame for our ceremony.
The heartfelt reactions of these high school sweethearts upon catching sight of each other on their wedding day will be living rent free in our minds forever. WeddingCeremony at the Schuyler Ballroom We divided the Schuyler Ballroom into two sections at the start of the day to create an intimate ceremony for the bride and groom.
