And at every sister’s wedding, they wanted a headtable to be able to share their first married meal with their family! The headtable had place settings set with Heidi’s mother’s china!
Guests were seated at two headtables spanning the family living room of her childhood home, and additional seating continued on both the front and back patios, as well as around the family pool. One installation in particular featured wild riverbank grapevine, crafted into an oversized structure that was placed on the kitchen island.

field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]The groomsmen wore Simons Formal Wear out of Augusta, GA. There were patterns brought to life on the table with multiple texture elements. The headtable was a beautiful BBJ La Tavola linen.
The headtable at this vibrant wedding was a stunning display of creativity and color, featuring a delightful mix of bright garden florals and elegant orchids, complemented by playful touches of pineapples and bananas. This was all happening during the wedding planning. It was now Mary’s turn to be the bride.

The headtable was a focal point of beauty, adorned with cascading chandeliers, a monochromatic floral runner, and custom linens paired with coordinating menus. I was so overwhelmed with joy and in shock.
For the reception, we brought the botanical garden indoors with plenty of florals for each table. For the headtable, we chose to create a simple greenery design for a natural touch and surrounded the front with plenty of tall floral arrangements. Creamy yellow to bring a touch of brightness and fun.
Coincidentally, my brother, who was working in Wyoming, was headed to the lake with us. After a full day on the lake, we headed to Haydens house to get ready for dinner at The Summit Club. At that moment, I felt it was destiny! His sarcastic quip of Why are you crying? only confirmed it.

Totally worth it, especially the flowers above the headtable and the stage. We wanted the wedding to be timeless, elegant, and romantic. Plus, the venue is beautiful with many colorful plants and trees. We wanted to compliment the beauty of the venue and not compete with it. For years, every vacation was spent in Cabo.
We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. With the color that came through in the floral and tables, the bride had her bridesmaids in white to create a very modern look with wedding party and ceremony moments. The inspiration behind them was doing an overhang over the headtable of lush pink and white flowers with greenery mixed in. I wanted the greenery to look like moss coming down to fit the theme of Bald Head and the Spanish moss. We had round tables throughout for our guests with a white Chivari chair. It was so dreamy.

We brought in wood tables with the headtable and accented the dining tables with green napkins, gold flatware, and pink goblets. field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]The grooms all wore Hugo Boss custom tuxedos. We used the natural wood and landscaping of the venue to lead our design.

field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]Rob, unlike most grooms, was VERY involved! We also knew that we wanted one VERY LONG headtable where we were surrounded by all of our closest friends and family — one long table with about 50 people & it was PERFECT! Fun, flirty and a little unexpected!
One over the headtable & one over the incredible dancing area. The linens inspired the graphics for the invitation & paper products which inspired the dance floor & bar graphics to the chandelier moment above the headtable. Lighting was such an important element as well to warm up such a modern space.
The structure over the headtable was a little something special for the bride and groom and wedding party. We wanted to incorporate the landscape into their wedding design and feel like their wedding really was part of the rolling hills of the Carneros Region. Cali was on her way to her desk when Justin first spotted her.
The headtables featured white jacquard linens, a favorite textile of the brides, and the guest tables featured an ivory overlay. I wanted to stay consistent with a red-based theme, which she layered throughout the room on the head family table with a natural runner and some gorgeous taper candles mixed throughout, as well as a mix of compotes, bud vases, and candles throughout the room. The Taylor Swift-inspired butterfly cake on the headtable was the crown jewel among cake pops, macaroons, cookie bars and even more cakes! When he was fidgety at the meditation center, Alana essentially shushed him, pointed to people she thought were meditating, looked back at him, he was down on one knee and the folks Alana thought had been meditating started taking photos. I found vintage peacocks at an antique store for the headtable, and used them in my invites and wedding signage. Vintage touches and peacocks were incorporated in the custom crest, invitations, table numbers, and tablescape decor to tie in with the historic venue. I chose Mattie’s because of its romantic historic charm.

The headtable was the focal point of the reception flowers featured a lush table runner of florals, greenery & taper candles. I really wanted the venue, The Pearl Hotel , to speak for itself with touches of blue to tie in the beach vibe. It was a small, intimate wedding with all of our closest friends & family!
We chose an all-inclusive headtable with our wedding party to allow us to take in the celebration feeling like we were amongst everyone we love. The Mixology by Melissa team ensured the cocktails were personal to us and an experience all on their own. What we didn’t expect to find was our person.

Serving as the pièce de résistance, a magnificent cascading floral runner adorned the headtable, commanding attention with its sheer beauty. She surprised her mother on the day of the rehearsal, and it was the perfect way to incorporate her into their big day.

” Dresses were from Show Me Your Mumu[/field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]Chris wore a Loro Piana custom tux that has their wedding date embroidered under the lapel. Their cake was a spectacular six layers with floral cascade that mimicked the cascades on the headtable. However, it always stuck with me.
field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]Groomsmen wore shades of Navy to play into the bright and colorful day and compliment the bridesmaids lighter toned dresses.[/field] The two hit it off with ease, diving into each other’s family, work and passions. It was also the weekend James told Courtney he loved her.
field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]The men were dressed in classic black suits, complimenting the ladies with brightly colored boutonnieres! So by the time we were on our way I was kinda bummed with myself for getting my hopes up. He proposed, and our closest friends popped out. It was the best.
Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the headtable featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. Candles in varying shades of blue and green, potted herbs, and plants added character and allure to the tablescapes.
First, I did not want people to be able to tell in which year we were married. Second, I did not want to pick details seen on repeat at other events. I tried to stray away from choosing extremely trendy elements, whether it be small details, color palettes, bridesmaids’ dresses, my hairstyle, and every detail in between. It felt different.
The morning of the proposal, Ryan and Nina planned to take a walk along the Seine and visit the Eiffel Tower before heading to the Jardin du Luxembourg. They took a detour down one of the walkways along the river when Nina suddenly saw a little glass table with a bouquet and champagne. The headtable was definitely the stand out!
