Heidi Gave us these descriptives for her dream day: Garden Party, Grandmillennial, great good, fun reception atmosphere![/field] When guests entered the reception they were greeted by servers in blue aprons holding moss trays with margaritas in custom mini parton bottles! To end the night, they passed French Fries on the dance floor!

For the reception, she removed the bolero and added, in its place, a playful touch with a charming pearl “party bow![/field] field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]The groomsmen’s suits were custom creations by Indochino.
This verdant pathway, brimming with life and beauty, will not only serve as a memorable element of the ceremony, but will also be repurposed as a gift to grace the entrance of the reception, continuing its role in enhancing the event’s overall aesthetics. In addition, we use our optic glass votives and cermainc votives.
The headtable at this vibrant wedding was a stunning display of creativity and color, featuring a delightful mix of bright garden florals and elegant orchids, complemented by playful touches of pineapples and bananas. Every bridesmaid was able to choose which dress fit their preferences the best to ensure that everyone felt beautiful.

field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]Groomsmen attire was quite the topic of discussion! She even sourced gorgeous silk white bows for the inner ceremony seats that were later moved to the headtable. With our wedding being a pink and navy affair, I wanted them to stand out in style.
Totally worth it, especially the flowers above the headtable and the stage. The flowers really tied together the entire wedding design. We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. Lovelily Flowers over delivered in every area, but one of the top WOW moments was her headtable install we all dreamed up together. It was center and close to the dance floor, so it was hard to miss.

The inspiration behind them was doing an overhang over the headtable of lush pink and white flowers with greenery mixed in. I wanted the greenery to look like moss coming down to fit the theme of Bald Head and the Spanish moss. We had round tables throughout for our guests with a white Chivari chair.

We brought in wood tables with the headtable and accented the dining tables with green napkins, gold flatware, and pink goblets. field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]The grooms all wore Hugo Boss custom tuxedos. We used the natural wood and landscaping of the venue to lead our design.
Her fun reception dress was Carolina Herrera from Bergdorf Goodman. field] [field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]Beautiful words of love, a special wine sharing ceremony, the stomping of the glass, and celebration! Her hair was pulled back in a timeless and elegant low bun.
The voluminous skirt was detachable so she could go from a show-stopping and romantic look at a ceremony to a chic and refined ensemble at the reception. The headtables featured white jacquard linens, a favorite textile of the brides, and the guest tables featured an ivory overlay. Guests absolutely loved it!

Beneath towering pines and oak trees, a romantic and relaxed reception awaited guests. Ample ivory arrangements elevated the open space with a floral archway over the couple’s headtable. To customize her look she added off-the-shoulder sleeves with three-dimensional lace, reflected throughout the gown’s design.
The Taylor Swift-inspired butterfly cake on the headtable was the crown jewel among cake pops, macaroons, cookie bars and even more cakes! field] [field title=”Wedding Cake”] Multiple cakes adorned several tables throughout the reception – most notably the Taylor Swift-inspired butterfly cake at the headtable.

We decided on a long gold mirrored headtable for the welcome party and family surrounded by round tables in the courtyard. I found vintage peacocks at an antique store for the headtable, and used them in my invites and wedding signage. The reception tent was lined with colorful flowers with greenery hanging from the ceiling. I chose Mattie’s because of its romantic historic charm. And I fell in love with the venue’s roaming peacocks!

They mixed vibrant fall colors and black details to create ethereal table scapes. diverse styles, sleeves, and necklines.
field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]For the ceremony, J.R. After the ceremony, he exchanged his tux jacket for a white dinner jacket and wore that for our sunset photos and the reception. Later during the reception, we passed out Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches as a late night snack, these proved a crowd favorite!
Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the headtable featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. They departed from a boat launch at Crocker Park, crossed the harbor by boat, and arrived at their cocktail reception.

Their cake was a spectacular six layers with floral cascade that mimicked the cascades on the headtable. He had the most thoughtful touches.

I loved the dainty and ethereal look of baby’s breath, which we incorporated into my bridesmaids bouquets, headtable runner and some tall “cloud” like table arrangements.
