From the delicate white florals to the lush greenery that adorned both ceremony and reception, every detail was thought of to create an intimate yet timeless setting. Modern, overhead floral installations set an enchanted garden tone for an unforgettable evening. The installations hovered just above eye level, inviting guests to immerse in the details up close. Tall glass candle holders cast a warm, ambient glow, reflecting softly off of polished gold accents throughout the space.
Every detail, from custom invites to unique floral installations and thoughtful rentals, was chosen to enhance the cohesive, organic aesthetic and guest experience. Leaning into the Cinco de Mayo date, the couple welcomed guests to the reception with festive welcome shots to set a lively tone.

The florist created focal moments through out the venue with greenery installed to the center point Gazebo in the reception room, with a long captain style table underneath the gazebo. Overlooking the river, their stunning ceremony the Catawba Falls Events led to an organic cocktail hour and reception filled with florals designed by Becca Zorn Designs. They wanted to create an intimate dining experience in the Reception Hall at Catawba Falls that brought their love of the outdoors in.
The transition to the reception at Eventide was nothing short of spectacular. When Casey and Kenny entered their reception, the excitement in the air was palpable. As the reception came to a close, the couple invited their guests to the Oyster Lounge for an unforgettable after-party.
Many aspects of their wedding design were inspired by Estevan and Michael’s clothing, such as the reception menus that copied Estevan and Michael’s Dolce & Gabbana jackets. The reception space was completely transformed into a tropical disco wonderland. Our wedding was a very involved concept and buildout.
In addition, as a surprise to the guests, she changed during the reception into a Marchesa Notte pale blue floral applique gown. field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]The groomsmen wore classic tuxedos from Men’s Wearhouse, and the groom wore a custom Navy with black accent tuxedo from Nita Fashions.

Lovelily Flowers over delivered in every area, but one of the top WOW moments was her head table install we all dreamed up together. The reception design included a standing cocktail area and two tents. Behind the cake was the window where you could see the floral and entrance into the reception tents. The chapel ceremony and seated dinner included a variety of pink florals and textures. The other tent was all about the party.
