They hosted their ceremony and reception at La Casa Toscana, a private Tuscan estate in the heart of Southwest Florida. We channeled ivories neutrals throughout for warmth, + used just a dash of gold at the reception for a touch of vintage. For the reception I wanted to go with a more casual look that still felt bridal + modern. The most important things were the special details that represented my husband and I: our love and our life.

The soft detailing perfectly reflecting Meredith’s style. Their tasting experience confirmed this, setting high expectations for their guests.
In lieu of a traditional rehearsal dinner the evening before, the grooms family hosted a Persian wedding ceremony and reception to honor Camerons family heritage. The talented Tom Trovato led the floral team to create a design that completely transformed the reception space while also maintaining an understated, natural, elegant feel.

The reception design included stunning and lush white florals paired with neutral linens and tapered candles. Named after the couple’s family Boston Terriers, “The Winnie”, “The Romeo”, and “The Pearl” were perfect beverages for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
One larger arrangement that acted as a focal point at the center of a large circular bar during the reception. Customized “J” Emblem, reflected on all reception signage, church programs as well as individual guest menus. Designated in church program and at reception. Leaning into the stunning architecture of Mount Stephen Hall, altar arrangements mirrored the symmetry of the space while the tall floral-wrapped candelabras at the center of reception tables guided the eye upwards. Along with her smooth Hollywood curls perfected by Bare Beauty , she was the picture of elegance and grace.

The cocktail reception had plentiful appetizers and Frederico’s the Mauna Kea signature drink flowing. The wedding reception was family style with fish and steak. Adding in the leis and the conch shell blower brought in that Hawaiian cultural symbolism that made it extra special for the place. Mauna Kea nailed it!
field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]The Groomsmens tuxes were from the black tux and Will wore his late grandfathers vintage Rolex. They were told to pick one that suited their personality and one they felt beautiful in. The majority were from Reformation, Saks, and For Love and Lemons. With Just Married written on the top.
Following the outdoor cocktail hour timed to a picture-perfect sunset, the reception was held in the venue’s glass atrium where the twinkling stars outside joined with glowing globe lights inside to create a magical night vibe. The design of the wedding focused on small details such as vintage china, mixed glassware, stunning florals, and other vintage details throughout the spaces that came together to create the perfect ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces! She wanted the food tables to almost be a part of the decor in the reception.
