From elevated passed hors d’oeuvres like seared tuna skewers and mini lobster rolls to hearty, family-style apps at the rehearsaldinner, every course was designed to make guests feel welcomed and well-cared for.
This added a unique and personal touch which worked wonderfully with our theme of vivid colors. It allowed each bridesmaid to feel their absolute best in a dress they could potentially wear againa win-win! We chose to keep the rehearsaldinner at Acre Resort in more neutral tones so that our wedding day and reception really popped. Our goal was to create an environment where everyone felt a sense of community and connection. The flowers on the walking path and on the chuppah felt like we were in a secluded garden.

The rehearsaldinner outfit was Tom Ford. field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”] The Groom wore a custom tuxedo made by Bauman’s in Little Rock. The rehearsaldinner included tropical foliage: Birds of Paradise, Palmetto, Areca Palm, and Monstera. I was happy dancing all night in my gown.
field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]Pat wore a blue suit from Suit Supply and the groomsmen all wore suits from Black Tux. The guest dress code was purposefully vague: “island farm chic” with the instruction to have fun with it by wearing fun colors and patterns somewhere between formal and cocktail attire.
field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]Our wedding was black tie, and Forrest and his groomsmen wore bow ties from the local brand Brackish with their tuxes. I told them to wear any pink dress as long as it made them feel amazing. My girls brought a fun mix of elegant and funky, and I think they looked fab. The rest is history.
RehearsalDinner Dress: Cara’s rehearsaldinner dress was her mother’s wedding dress, reconstructed and reimagined by Lovellfaye. Inspired by Grace Kelly, Cara searched for a dress with fine lace details and delicate sleeves. The lace on the dress and roses complement the namesake of the venue.
field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”] Adam’s very first tuxedo was from ChazMaTazz Tux back when he joined his Princeton acappella group; so when the time came to get suited up for the big wedding day, he knew that Chaz would set him up perfectly! And the Fearrington team delivered time and time again!
We both love Chi Chis (they are our favorite, and had those during our rehearsaldinner as well). She did such a beautiful job with the flowers – we also used her florals for our rehearsaldinner and welcome party which was so special. I think it was a great balance of color and really looked nice.

Our rehearsaldinner was the following evening out at T Lazy 7 Ranch , so we wanted our guests to have an opportunity to get a hat for the occasion. Our rehearsaldinner was at T Lazy 7 Ranch. We had live music, dinner, and drinks. We chose Kemo Sabe for the welcome party to kick off the weekend.

After a day filled with winter activities, the RehearsalDinner took place on Friday night in a moody wine cellar tunnel. field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]The gentlemen donned classic black tuxedos, a timeless and dapper look that contrasted beautifully with the white tones carried throughout the wedding day.
She also altered her mother’s wedding dress, which she wore for the rehearsaldinner the night before the wedding. Her strapless Anne Barge wedding dress included a textured fabric inspired with a subtle preppy stripe and oversized bow at the back.

The rehearsaldinner was placed among the vines of the vineyard, creating an intimate al fresco experience while the wedding that followed was inspired by French market culture and placed under romantic café lighting. spirits, a vendor which they chose as it mimicked the groom’s namesake. . I wore a pair of my mom’s diamond earrings on the rehearsaldinner night.” field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”] The groomsmen wore black tuxedos and velvet slippers for a classic look. . She had everyone rank their favorites so in the end it was a nice mix but the fabric matched perfectly.
field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”] Marek work a bespoke tuxedo and cream dinner jacket, the latter inspired by the commencement attire at Georgetown Prep. Chef Juan Zavala at Mont La Salle kicked off the weekend with an incredible rehearsaldinner featuring some of our favorite dishes — salmon and risotto.
Bride’s RehearsalDinner Dress: The Bride had her late Mom’s wedding dress shortened and tailored, and the big 80s sleeves somewhat de-puffed (by about half the puffiness, but they’re still puffy!). The Bride wore her mother’s pearls for the rehearsaldinner with her dress too.
