I was one of the last brides to wear a Carolina wedding dress, given she stopped doing bridal! The groomsmen all wore matching ties in the same color scheme. My sister and maid of honor wore Oscar de la Renta, and the rest of the girls wore Coco Shop, Zimmermann, Abercrombie, de Castro, V Chapman, Alexis, Me + Em and Reformation.

I fell in love with the “Love” gown by Eisen Stein Bridal as soon as I saw it on the mannequin at Mira Couture. From Hannah: I let the bridesmaids pick the gown that they liked and found most flattering. The maid-of-honor, my sister, created a vision board to ensure a cohesive aesthetic. The Groomsmen wore The Black Tux.

Napkins were held by Taylor Swift-style friendship bracelets – each one totally unique and made by the bride, her mom and maid of honor. Owen’s groomsmen each wrote him a letter and gave it to him in a monogrammed keepsake box. From the bride… My mom has an obsession with all things Maileg (the mouse brand)!

It fit her and the vibe of the wedding perfectly. The designer of her dress is Danielle Frankel and as soon as she saw her designs she knew she needed to wear one of her dresses for her wedding! When it came to the groomsmen, Merrik wanted them to have plain tan suits with a simple white button down. She did an amazing job.

My maid of honor also handmade sugar cookies that she hand piped herself, and flew all the way from Texas with them carefully packed in her carry-on. A groomsmen provided a 17 year old bottle of Glenmorangie and the Groom’s brother in-law provided a case of cigars. However, cigar rollers were not in the budget for us.
