Jennie Weller Catering and Events truly rose to the occasion and gave Heidi the wedding feast of her dreams! They also had an elaborate grazing table filled with some of their favorite offerings from JWCE: Pretzel Bites & Beer Cheese, Beef Tenderloin Sliders, Crudite Cups, Fried Okra, Cheese Displays, and Caesar Salad.

She chose a simple but stunning Sarah Seven wedding dress with draped sleeves off of the shoulder and a long and dramatic train that looked gorgeous in her photos! Posey Pop created everything from lush, overflowing centerpieces to whimsical wild grasses and flora dotted throughout the ceremony aisles and headtable.
An evening that harmoniously married the laid-back charm of rustic country settings with the opulence and grandeur of your extraordinary wedding. I didnt know it could get any better until our wedding weekend was over. I grew up driving past this venue, never gaining too much hope haha but secretly envisioned my own wedding there.

During the wedding planning, Mary a 3rd grade teacher at Pinecrest Elementary in Miami had gone viral for her teaching style (@maryisbannans) which incorporates her love of the Miami Dolphins, football and life lessons for her kiddos. This was all happening during the wedding planning. It was now Mary’s turn to be the bride.
She chose an elegant strapless gown with a deep sweetheart neckline, which she paired with a sophisticated pearl bolero for the ceremony. The wedding day design embodied a relaxed elegance reminiscent of Serena and Lily, featuring a mix of patterned linens, rattan accents, and clusters of blue and white florals.

We wanted the wedding to be timeless, elegant, and romantic. Luke and Lexies favorite spot has always been Querencia, so when it came time to choose a wedding venue, it only made sense to do it there! With the help of Claudia and Pamela (our amazing wedding planners), we were able to make the vision come to life.
Coincidentally, my brother, who was working in Wyoming, was headed to the lake with us. After a full day on the lake, we headed to Haydens house to get ready for dinner at The Summit Club. I even asked Hayden what he envisioned my wedding dress looking like, and he hit the nail on the headclassic but with drama![/field]
Guests received custom golf balls with the wedding crest on them that were creatively organized on tees.[/field] field] [field title=”Special Detail #3″]Special guests of the headtable received hand painted shells with their names on them, adding a beautiful coastal touch to the tablescape.[/field]
We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. With the color that came through in the floral and tables, the bride had her bridesmaids in white to create a very modern look with wedding party and ceremony moments.
[/field] [field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”] The vision behind the wedding was shades of pink with lots of lush pink florals and greenery mixed in. The inspiration behind them was doing an overhang over the headtable of lush pink and white flowers with greenery mixed in. It was glamorous and pretty but cool.
[/field] [field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”] Our wedding venue, The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm, made you feel like you were stepping into a European countryside farmstead. The food at Barley Sheaf was phenomenal, with many guests telling us it was the best wedding food theyd ever had.
With only a few weeks left of school, we discovered wed both be in Europe after graduation. In the end, I fell in love with a gown that was completely different from my initial choice. After traveling separately, we reunited in Prague and explored Switzerland and Italy together. I highly recommend them.[/field]

Chosen for its understated and delicate charm for an at-home wedding.[/field] For the reception, round tables with varying linens, aligned in alternating directions, created one grand headtable. Bold hues of pink and yellow were chosen to add elements of surprise and fun to the welcome party.
From the bride… Another memorable item on the day was a necklace I wore, which my mom gave to me on the wedding day. From the couple… Will has a very special watch that he wore for the day of the wedding, his late brother Nicholas’s watch. Will had every detail planned for the moment.
The cloud like, romantic dress was a big inspiration for the dreamy, airy vision for my wedding day. We also knew that we wanted one VERY LONG headtable where we were surrounded by all of our closest friends and family — one long table with about 50 people & it was PERFECT! All the classic wedding songs & our band was INSANE!!! Fun, flirty and a little unexpected! They crushed it!!!

[section title=”The Planning”] [field title=”Wedding Colors”]Our color palette to brighten up the interior of this popular venue in Cincinnati was a mix of white, ivory, blush & dusty rose. It was important to remain soft, romantic and muted in this iconic space. We quickly fell for each other.
One over the headtable & one over the incredible dancing area. For our wedding, I had gifted him a handkerchief with my grandmas handwriting on it as she had recently passed, and this had to come out at this moment. This wedding really was everything I had dreamed of. People had flown from around the country.
We wanted to incorporate the landscape into their wedding design and feel like their wedding really was part of the rolling hills of the Carneros Region. The structure over the headtable was a little something special for the bride and groom and wedding party. Do you have a pen?”
Their plated meal started with a first course of curried crab cakes with mango chutney on top. Soon, he was on one knee with a beautiful ring, and of course, I said yes!

The Taylor Swift-inspired butterfly cake on the headtable was the crown jewel among cake pops, macaroons, cookie bars and even more cakes! So she had the idea to tell the story of how Owen and I met to the wedding through MICE! The bride’s love for Taylor Swift also had its moments throughout the day too![/field]

Guest tables dazzled with Anna Petal white linens, floral chargers, and champagne napkins, all paired with glimmering gold chairs and glassware for a touch of glow. From the bride- “For the wedding I kept the inspiration of vintage, colorful, and romantic for the design and Emily at Bird Dog was the perfect person to help bring it to life! I found vintage peacocks at an antique store for the headtable, and used them in my invites and wedding signage.
The aim was to create an elegant wedding celebration that was chic and eclectic with both traditional and contemporary French touches! The morning of the proposal, Ryan and Nina planned to take a walk along the Seine and visit the Eiffel Tower before heading to the Jardin du Luxembourg. The headtable was definitely the stand out!
We chose an all-inclusive headtable with our wedding party to allow us to take in the celebration feeling like we were amongst everyone we love. The Mixology by Melissa team ensured the cocktails were personal to us and an experience all on their own. What we didn’t expect to find was our person.
Lots of happy tears were shed and they were so excited to start thinking about wedding planning. He proposed, and our closest friends popped out.
[/field] [field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”] The wedding was carefully planned to reflect the beautiful coastal landscape, with the Corinthian Yacht Club in Marblehead, Massachusetts serving as a focal point. Candles in varying shades of blue and green, potted herbs, and plants added character and allure to the tablescapes.
I kept thinking about the day that my children and grandchildren would look back at our wedding photos and hoping they would see our collaborative efforts in a timeless way. First, I did not want people to be able to tell in which year we were married. Second, I did not want to pick details seen on repeat at other events. It felt different.
Much like the wedding decor, the dress was the perfect combination of sophistication, romantic charm and whimsy. The focal point of the ceremony was the stunning floral arbor, which continued to dazzle guests behind the bride and groom at the headtable.
