The wedding planner skillfully crafted a design that both enhanced the historic ballroom’s natural charm and showcased Katy’s favorite pastels, creating a magical and vibrant atmosphere. Our floral arrangements included a mix of tall centerpieces, delicate bud vases, and a striking long arrangement for the 32-person headtable, offering visual interest and variety. The Taylor Swift-inspired butterfly cake on the headtable was the crown jewel among cake pops, macaroons, cookie bars and even more cakes! field] [field title=”Wedding Cake”] Multiple cakes adorned several tables throughout the reception – most notably the Taylor Swift-inspired butterfly cake at the headtable.
The voluminous skirt was detachable so she could go from a show-stopping and romantic look at a ceremony to a chic and refined ensemble at the reception. The headtables featured white jacquard linens, a favorite textile of the brides, and the guest tables featured an ivory overlay. Guests absolutely loved it!
I found vintage peacocks at an antique store for the headtable, and used them in my invites and wedding signage. I wore my grandma’s vintage clip on earrings that my mom wore on her wedding day. And I picked a floral Monique Lhuillier weddingdress to go with my love of all things colorful and romantic.”[/field]

Beneath towering pines and oak trees, a romantic and relaxed reception awaited guests. Ample ivory arrangements elevated the open space with a floral archway over the couple’s headtable. Although the venue is gorgeous with high ceilings and a ton of character lending to its history, we wanted to turn it into a garden vibe and create that WOW moment both when walking into ceremony and then again after the room turn, when seeing the reception decked out in white and textural details.[/field] He was also adorned in flowers!

Very, generally speaking, if you have 120 guests and are getting married at Beltane Ranch you need a starting point of $100,000 for your budget for your wedding vendors (venue, planner, caterer, florist, DJ/ band, photographer, rentals). This number does not include a weddingdress, rings, honeymoon, etc.
Anything that I could have dream up in my head was right in front of me, so we just built upon it from the pocket gardens on the headtable to the greenery attached to all of the existing bistro lights.
