For the Headtable we will order velvet linens and design a living arrangement down the entire center of the table with brass candlesticks. Suspended crystal chandeliers above the center of the headtable, adorned with delicate florals. In addition, we use our optic glass votives and cermainc votives.
We brought in wood tables with the headtable and accented the dining tables with green napkins, gold flatware, and pink goblets. On the dining tables we went with classic garlands with pops of blooms on the long tables to tie in the greenery inside and went with stunning soft and whimsical centerpieces on the rounds.
One over the headtable & one over the incredible dancing area. The linens inspired the graphics for the invitation & paper products which inspired the dance floor & bar graphics to the chandelier moment above the headtable. Lighting was such an important element as well to warm up such a modern space.

The focal point of the ceremony was the stunning floral arbor, which continued to dazzle guests behind the bride and groom at the headtable. Alongside the exquisite floral arrangements adorning the entrance, tables, and corners, the nursery embellished the space with towering trees flanking the bandstand.
The custom green-pattern dance floor was a last minute addition recommendation of my wedding planner ( Katie Ryan ) that not only complimented and unified the colors and details of the tent but also became the stunning focal point. Serving as the pièce de résistance, a magnificent cascading floral runner adorned the headtable, commanding attention with its sheer beauty. I loved the dainty and ethereal look of baby’s breath, which we incorporated into my bridesmaids bouquets, headtable runner and some tall “cloud” like table arrangements. Our head-table featured the same poofs we utilized for the ceremony, giving it the drama it needs sitting in front of the Clementine historic organ. We included one stately 40 person headtable to center the room and implemented a cascading greenery ceiling installation to help draw even more attention to it. The white washed farm tables from MS Events helped lighten the look of traditional farm tables to keep within our theme.
We also incorporated garden-inspired decor elements like wrought-iron arches and a hanging floral installation above the headtable. Hanging floral installations suspended from the ceiling above the headtable created a breathtaking canopy of flowers.
