Suspended crystal chandeliers above the center of the headtable, adorned with delicate florals. In addition, we use our optic glass votives and cermainc votives.

With the help of Claudia and Pamela (our amazing wedding planners), we were able to make the vision come to life. Our biggest splurge on the wedding day was the flowers! Totally worth it, especially the flowers above the headtable and the stage. The flowers really tied together the entire wedding design.
She even sourced gorgeous silk white bows for the inner ceremony seats that were later moved to the headtable. Amanda from Embellished Weddings brought her expertise in decor and rentals, suggesting a stunning blush linen from Nuage Designs that echoed the 3D floral appliqus of my gown!
We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. Lovelily Flowers over delivered in every area, but one of the top WOW moments was her headtable install we all dreamed up together. LBV Design House brought our vision to life flawlessly.
The inspiration behind them was doing an overhang over the headtable of lush pink and white flowers with greenery mixed in. I wanted the greenery to look like moss coming down to fit the theme of Bald Head and the Spanish moss. We had round tables throughout for our guests with a white Chivari chair.
The cloud like, romantic dress was a big inspiration for the dreamy, airy vision for my wedding day. [/field] [field title=”Florals & Decor”]Anna’s Blooms created soft and whimsical textures with lush greenery and pops of in season blooms.

From the bride… Another memorable item on the day was a necklace I wore, which my mom gave to me on the wedding day. The bride wanted the headtable to feel as though you were dining amongst the flowers in an upside down garden. The combination of natural beauty and floral elegance was magical.

The voluminous skirt was detachable so she could go from a show-stopping and romantic look at a ceremony to a chic and refined ensemble at the reception. [/field] [field title=”Florals & Decor”] D’marosay’s wedding vision was to include lots of textures over patterns- just like her gown!
The structure over the headtable was a little something special for the bride and groom and wedding party. Her fun reception dress was Carolina Herrera from Bergdorf Goodman. They brought our vision to life perfectly, it was a design request from the start of planning and really set the tone for the reception.
We also knew that we wanted one VERY LONG headtable where we were surrounded by all of our closest friends and family — one long table with about 50 people & it was PERFECT! Fun, flirty and a little unexpected! It was a high low (mini dress from the front, and a long train in the back).
I purchased my weddinggown at Ivory & White Bridal Boutique in Mountain Brook, Alabama. All our wedding flowers were mostly white, with subtle touches of light blue & greenery. The bride’s favorite flowers, Ranunculus & white tulips, were incorporated throughout the wedding florals.
To customize her look she added off-the-shoulder sleeves with three-dimensional lace, reflected throughout the gown’s design. Ample ivory arrangements elevated the open space with a floral archway over the couple’s headtable. Beneath towering pines and oak trees, a romantic and relaxed reception awaited guests.

The Taylor Swift-inspired butterfly cake on the headtable was the crown jewel among cake pops, macaroons, cookie bars and even more cakes! The main cake, was topped with two puppies. From the bride. The puppy cake toppers were a total surprise!!! When I was little, these were two of the toys from my toy box!
The custom green-pattern dance floor was a last minute addition recommendation of my wedding planner ( Katie Ryan ) that not only complimented and unified the colors and details of the tent but also became the stunning focal point.

Placing them in areas like the headtable, cake table and DJ booth. For dinner, guests were seated at rows of farm tables decorated with a mix of bud vases and taper candles of varying heights and shapes, this is a beautiful way to add movement and dimension to the tables.
My wedding dress was the second dress I tried on. Their cake was a spectacular six layers with floral cascade that mimicked the cascades on the headtable.
field] [field title=”Special Detail #2″]To bring the space to life a bit more for the reception as we flipped the space from the ceremony, we placed the headtable under a trio of white cabanas with a soft nude and white striped backdrop to create a clean canvas!
Our dining tables played off of richer colors with our rentals, like our Forest Green linens, a fun patterned headtable linen, and the rich deep brown stoneware charger to bring a nod to the dark, moody vibe of the dinner barn. We then brightened it up with bold florals and deep pink candles.
Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the headtable featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. Candles in varying shades of blue and green, potted herbs, and plants added character and allure to the tablescapes.
The room was flipped during cocktail time, so when you re-entered the reception, a long headtable sat where the original aisle was during the ceremony. We filled in a lush and long row of baby’s breath down the length of the table.
She had never seen anything like it before. [/field] [field title=”Florals & Decor”] Matt and Francesca worked with Courtney from Palette Events Company to plot out their vision for the wedding day. They hung chandeliers in the tree behind the headtable. I look so cool!”
