The cost savings is huge since a band requires multiple people (sometimes more than 15 people) working at your wedding whereas a DJ is usually just one person on the event day. Wedding Reception Details Moving into the reception we see the stunning arch used for the ceremony repurposed to the head table. the florals on the head table included matching blush roses, ranunculus, and eucalyptus.

The room was flipped during cocktail time, so when you re-entered the reception, a long head table sat where the original aisle was during the ceremony. We filled in a lush and long row of baby’s breath down the length of the table.

Wedding Reception Details Moving into the reception which was set to perfection! Our head-table featured the same poofs we utilized for the ceremony, giving it the drama it needs sitting in front of the Clementine historic organ. Small bouquets were used to scale the length of the head-table below the tall poufs.

We created a double-sided floral wall to use throughout the grand entrance and the head table. The entryway needed to showcase flower clouds and raining flowers with tons of candlelight along with a mirror escort card table. We wanted this pure green & white floral wall to be the backdrop behind all the head table photos.

We included one stately 40 person head table to center the room and implemented a cascading greenery ceiling installation to help draw even more attention to it.
