Flowers such as white garden roses, peonies, latirus, delphinium, scabiosa, veronica, and matthiola were used to create installations that blended seamlessly with the garden of Conti Galgani. They shared a private cake-cutting moment, adding a personal touch to the celebration. The bride and bridesmaids carried hand-tied bouquets.[/field]

An abundance of gorgeous florals adorned every table and bar, along with a huge statement floral installation above the dance floor and florals lining the band’s stage. It was a cake nestled among a floral meadow. Crystal chandeliers were suspended from the tent, along with greenery, to soften the tent framing.

field] [field title=”WeddingCake”] The weddingcake was custom-made to match McKenzie’s wedding dress. The cake was covered in pearls and adorned with a bow. McKenzie had beautiful velvet chairs, hanging pink tulips, and stunning custom prints covered throughout the reception space.
At its heart stood a remarkable interactive installation – a ceremony backdrop painting created by the bride’s father, where guests were invited to contribute their own brushstrokes, crafting a meaningful collaborative artwork that would become a cherished family heirloom.
Above the dining tables, organic installations of lush greenery and trailing vines created a canopy-like effect, with hanging crystal chandeliers adding a touch of sparkle to the intimate and natural ambiance of the space.[/field] Pillar candles and votives were set among the arrangements, casting a romantic glow over the reception.
Signature his & hers cocktails were served at the bar area upon dinner and of course weddingcake was the main dessert accompanied with fresh seasonal fruit and sweet baklava. The ceremony unfolded to the angelic strains of a live violin, weaving a melodic tapestry that flowed seamlessly into an opulent cocktail hour.
Dessert was of course weddingcake! The aisle was lined with as many Calla Lilies as possible, spilling installations of white florals draped the altar, and a beautiful white aisle runner was used to usher the bride & her father down to the awaiting groom. Taber’s favorite part of their weddingcake was the topper.

The florist created focal moments through out the venue with greenery installed to the center point Gazebo in the reception room, with a long captain style table underneath the gazebo. The captains table was the highlight of the room, with a lush floral runner and endless candles.

Guests found their seats on natural cross-back chairs, welcomed by personalized menus and place cards.

The fall tones were expertly crafted into a floral arch and large installations in the Tidewater House ‘s petite dining room, making the guests feel as though they were still exploring the gardens outdoors. Alex and Ryan cut their cake in a private moment before serving it to their guests.
[/field] [field title=”Florals & Decor”] We worked with the incredibly talented floral and event design companies, Life In Bloom and Elegant Events Lighting , to create stunning moments of fabric, draping, signage and floral installations that brought together the intimate yet elevated space they were looking for.
Initially, I envisioned a timeless wedding, hence the choice of the beautiful Lowndes Grove venue, the elegant black & white checkered dance floor, and the stylish tuxedos. From the stunning bouquets to the gorgeous dance floor installation with floating “orbs,” every detail was perfection.

Since we knew there would be a lot of seafood and Hawaiian flavors during the wedding dinner, we opted for a traditional prime rib feast for the welcome dinner (a nod to our favorite restaurant in San Francisco, The House of Prime Rib). To note, this worked great in January but would potentially be too warm in months like July and August.
Lovelily Flowers over delivered in every area, but one of the top WOW moments was her head table install we all dreamed up together. field] [field title=”WeddingCake”]The cake moment was something classy and timeless. The cake was simple, with a little white texture added to it.
The design of the deconstructed arch was echoed in the fireplace mantle installation in the dining room. [/field] [field title=”Florals & Decor”] The couple incredible floral design featured various varieties of garden roses, peonies, iris, lisianthus, delphiniums, and larkspur.
And finishing the night on an extra sweet note, in addition to the vanilla bean weddingcake, guests were treated to an array of passed desserts, including Mini ice cream cones, Espresso mochi, Mini s’mores, Mini cannolis, and Apple pie bites. Preparation and Setup Sam and Tim’s fall wedding at Goodstone Inn really was all hands on deck! On-site preparations kicked off the Tuesday before the wedding with tent crews arriving to start the installation for this 200-person event.
