The maid of honor stood out beautifully in a champagne dress adorned with delicate pink and sage floral embroidery – a piece that would become the inspiration for the entire bridal party palette. The heartfelt speeches from my dad, our best man, and maid of honor added even more emotion to the evening. field] [field title=”WeddingCake”] The weddingcake was a petite two-tier cake with buttercream frosting and a cascade of florals displayed in front of the ceremony arch in the ballroom.
My sister who was my maid of honor wore an ombre and pleated L’IDEE gown, Sam’s sister wore a silk printed halter dress (designer unknown), my sister-in-law wore a sequined gown by Aisha Rao from Kiska Studios and my childhood best friend wore a sequined dress from House of CB.
When it was finally my older sister and maid of honor Katie’s turn to find her dream dress we knew there was only place to go. field] [field title=”WeddingCake”]Our cake flavors were Italian Cream with Chocolate Ganache and the Chocolate Kahlua with Vanilla buttercream (who doesn’t coffee and cake together?).

I had such a fun time dress shopping in my hometown of El Paso with my mom, my best friend, and Maid of Honor, Jackie, and Jackies mom. field] [field title=”WeddingCake”] I know this sounds really simple, but I said I wanted a PINK cake, and that was that! Michaels Wedding was their Plan B, as it was so flawlessly and beautifully executed, full of thoughtful touches at every turn. We began the day at Alexandra’s family home, along a willow-lined drive with the bride’s mom, sister in law and maid of honor, and 3 sweet nieces as they helped the bride into her gorgeous Mira Zwillinger gown.

Each bridesmaids dress added a unique touch, with the Maid of Honor standing out in a stunning tiered floral print dress from Revolve. field] [field title=”WeddingCake”]Nicolle and Edmundos weddingcake was not only a beautiful centerpiece but also held sentimental value.
I was joined by my mom, mother-in-law, maid of honor, and matron of honor as we spent the day visiting bridal shops around metro Detroit. field] [field title=”WeddingCake”]To complement our design theme of simplicity and elegance, we chose a two- tier cake adorned with a subtle hydrangea design.
It took some trial and error, but my maid of honor and I went in person to play around with a couple options to find another solid and a pattern that paired together well, in similar material. I also knew that unknown would be a challenge for me to let go of so I decided to pick 3 dresses for 3 of my bridesmaids each.
Maids of Honor dresses because they have such a range of gorgeous quality gowns in different styles. Navy is one of Liz’s favorite all-purpose, go-to colors generally, so she chose it in the hopes that her Maids of Honor could wear their dresses again sometime!

The Maid of Honors wore Bec & Bridge, Sabrina Musayev & Michelle Mason. He included an outfit change into a custom Small Talk Studio jacket featuring graphics from his Florida and Latin roots. The bridesmaids wore designer Jenny Yoo in a mix of Whisper Blue gowns.

Later that night, Rachel’s best friend (and now maid of honor) also surprised her by flying in from out of town, and Jack also planned an engagement party at our apartment with all of our mutual friends and family.”[/field]
field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]I let my Maids of Honor choose their own dresses based on my color palette. field] [field title=”WeddingCake”]The cake was a traditional Italian mille-feuille, and it was lovely! Plus, fitting my gown into a carry-on was a challenge!
[/field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]Torrie’s sister found a fabulous printed dress in greens and purples, this gown took center stage as both sister and maid of honor. Her choice of attire set the tone for the rest of the crew, who each sported a different color from the palette.

It just so happened that the bride’s sister was the only one to choose yellow, which made for a special Maid of Honor look. field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”] Theory black tuxedo and floral Lardini cufflinks, which the bride gifted him on their wedding day to compliment her gown.
field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]The Maid of Honor wore an elegant light blue one-shoulder dress with a side slit from Hayley Paige.[/field] The dress was complemented with pearl accessories including earrings from David Yurman and shoes from Jimmy Choo.[/field]

field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]The bride’s sister, who was also the Maid of Honor, selected the blush pink bridesmaids gowns from Bellas Bridesmaids. field] [field title=”WeddingCake”]The 5 tiered cake was quite the show stopper, and not just for the ornate design!
And, she wore her Maid of Honor’s veil as her “something borrowed.” ” [/field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”] All of the bridesmaids wore blue during the getting ready process and blue satin dresses from Revelry for the wedding itself to serve as Abby’s “something blue.”
She is one of my best friends and was the maid of honor at the wedding). field] [field title=”WeddingCake”]The weddingcake was a gorgeous 4 tier cake featuring beautiful florals.[/field] Always good to travel with a wing woman.
